Event Payment Plan Option
In order to allow an opportunity for everyone to be able to afford to attend the event we will be offering an option to purchase tickets for the event using a payment plan that will run over three, four, five and six months. Key information to understand:
- The payment plan will have a 10% charge added to their ticket price.
- Once you have made your first payment you will be sent a code to allow you to register for the event within 72 hours at most 96 hours. This code will promo your tickets for the event, but does not release you from paying your agreed terms of the payment plan. Make sure to add tickets@cauldronfest.org to your contact list so it doesn’t go to your spam folder.
- Once you have gotten your promo code you must register for your cabin space within 7 days or the code will expire.
- Due to the nature of offering the payment plan there will be a different refund policy that will go as follows: No refunds will be offered after 15 days of your payment. For example: If you make your first payment it will become non-refundable after 15 days, on your second payment it will become non-refundable 15 days after it is paid, and so on.
- Should you decide you are no longer interested in attending the event, and cancel your registration prior to finishing your payment plan you may do so, but please be advised that you will not be refunded any payments made, but will not be charged any additional payments.
