CauldronFest 2025 Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility and Timeframe:
  • Refunds will only be considered within 30 days of the initial ticket purchase.
  • A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total ticket cost for any approved refunds.
  • After 60 days before the event, all tickets become non-refundable.
  1. Refund Processing:
  • Refunds will not be processed any later than 90 days after the end of the event.
  • The organizers aim to initiate refund processing starting 60 days after the event.
  1. Refund Request Procedure:
  • Refunds must be requested using the refund request form available on our website under the “Contact Us” section.
  • Ensure all required information is provided for efficient processing.
  1. Payment Plans:
  • For tickets purchased through payment plans, the initial $15 plan sign-up fee is non-refundable.
  • Payments made become non-refundable after 30 days from the date of payment.
  1. Missed Payments:
  • If a payment is missed, all previous payments become non-refundable.
  • The reservation will be canceled unless the attendee pays the balance due within 15 days of the missed payment.
  1. Communication for Payment Issues:
  • Attendees anticipating payment challenges due to hardship are encouraged to contact the organizers at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled payment day.
  • Our staff will make an effort to assist attendees facing difficulties, provided adequate notice is given.
