Sadly due to park rules, no RVs will be allowed on the group campsite. If you would like to stay in an RV while joining us for CauldronFest you would need to purchase a day pass and then rent an RV campsite through the park itself. That can be done via their website or by calling the park.

The Friends of CauldronFest cannot set any regulations in regards to checks for vendors. All vendors have their own rules and regulations on payment. We highly recommend that you bring either a debit card or cash.

Although the staff of CauldronFest does its best to provide meals that everyone will like it is impossible to provide everyone something they will like or can eat. This is why it is important to ensure that on your registration form you inform us of any food allergies or special food needs.
