CauldronFest: Realm of the Fae Scholarship Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the CauldronFest: Realm of the Fae Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old or older.
- Essay Submission: Applicants must submit an essay that addresses the following points:
- Personal Motivation: Explain why you want to attend CauldronFest: Realm of the Fae.
- Personal Improvement: Describe how attending CauldronFest will improve your life.
- Community Contribution: Discuss how you will use your experience at CauldronFest to positively impact and improve the community.
Essay Guidelines
- Length: Essays should be between 500 to 1,000 words.
- Format: Submissions should be typed and double-spaced.
- Content: Be sincere and detailed in your responses, providing specific examples and ideas.
Scholarship Availability
- Number of Scholarships: For the first year, we are limiting the number of scholarships to 3. This ensures that we can provide a meaningful and enriching experience to the recipients.
- Selection Process: Essays will be reviewed by a panel of judges who will evaluate the submissions based on clarity, originality, and the potential impact on both the individual and the community.

- Deadline: All applications must be received by February 1, 2025.
Important Notes
- Recipients of the scholarship will be notified by March 1, 2025.
- Scholarship covers one general admissions ticket.
- Recipients of the scholarship will be required to volunteer a minimum of 8 hours of community service.
