Vendor’s Fee Schedule
Welcome to CauldronFest 2025: Realm of the Fae! We’re thrilled to have you join us as a vendor for this enchanting event. Below are the details for vendor registration and associated fees.
Registration and Donation Requirements
Vendor Registration Fee:
- No vending fee will be charged. However, vendors must register as attendees of the event.
Donation Requirement:
- Vendors are required to donate one item per 10×10 section of booth space they will need for their spot.
- Example:
- 10×10 Booth = 1 Item Donation
- 10×20 Booth = 2 Item Donations
- 10×30 Booth = 3 Item Donations
- The minimum value of each donated item must be no less than $10.
Booth Location Upgrade
Proximity to WiFi Connection:
- Vendors have the option to request a booth closer to the WiFi connection near the dining hall.
- Additional Cost for Proximity Upgrade: $25
