If I purchase an off site stay ticket where can I stay?
There are a few different options for those who purchase an off-site stay ticket. You may elect to stay at Fall Creek Falls at the Lodge, Rent a Cabin, or you may rent an off-site tent location. Please note that these options may end up being more expensive because of the cost of renting out another location.
Are service animals allowed at the event?
Yes, service animals are allowed at the event. But animals considered pets are not allowed.
Are there bathrooms and showers at this venue?
Yes, there are a total of three bathhouses at this venue. Each bathhouse includes toilets, sinks, and showers. As with last year, the bathhouses will be divided as follows: One Women, One Men, and One Family Restroom.
Can I build a fire at the event?
You may build fires at the event but please only use approved campfire locations, and you may not bring wood in from outside of the park. Fines up to $200 may be charged by Fall Creek Falls if you are found not following the rules.
Can I have an RV at the Event Venue?
Sadly due to park rules, no RVs will be allowed on the group campsite. If you would like to stay in an RV while joining us for CauldronFest you would need to purchase a day pass and then rent an RV campsite through the park itself. That can be done via their website or by calling the park.
Are tents allowed inside the group camp?
At this time we are not allowed to permit tents inside the group camp. This is due to the venue and their rules. We are trying to work with Fall Creek Falls to see if we can arrange that.
If I chose to stay off site in a tent or other location how do I arrange that?
If you do not want to stay on-site during the event in the shared cabin spaces you do have a few options available to you. These options are as follows:
- Reserving a room at the Lodge of Fall Creek Falls by calling them at 423-881-5241
- Reserving a cabin (These are not inside the group camp) can be done online by clicking here.
- Reserving a tent camp location either by calling 423-881-5298, or reserving by their online reservation tool by clicking here. This year we are not offering the option to purchase camping sites through CauldronFest due to logistics.
- There is also a Hotel called The Way Inn located approximately 5 -7 miles from the venue that you can call to reserve a room at by calling (931) 946-2800.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST PURCHASE AN OFF SITE STAY TICKET (DAYPASS) IN ORDER TO ENTER THE VENUE.
How many attendees and tents are allowed at the off site tent camping?
You may have up to 6 attendees or campers, and may only have one tent at each camping site. If you need more space you will need to purchase more than one tent space through the venue.
What are the Cabins like inside the Camp?
If you chose to stay on-site for the event you will be provided a shared cabin space with up to six people in the cabin. Each cabin does have electricity. The cabins are non-winterized meaning there is no heat or AC. Also, some cabins are missing windows, and what windows there are do not have curtains. We suggest that you bring sheets or curtains to cover the windows. You will need to bring your own linens and pillows. We have included a few pictures for you to see.
How many outlets are in each cabin?
One outlet. We highly suggest bringing a power strip to give yourself a few more. Be advised that heaters may overload the circuit.
