Welcome, and thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at CauldronFest! We’re excited that you want to be part of this year’s event. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. To keep our vendor village fresh and engaging, we’ve elected to limit the number of returning vendors from previous years to no more than 15, while welcoming up to 10 new vendors. This gives us the opportunity to feature a broader range of magical artisans and creators each year.
The theme for this year’s CauldronFest is “Realm of the Enchanted Arts,” and we look forward to seeing how your unique offerings can help bring this magical vision to life!
Vendor Dates are April 8th – 12, 2026. Able to arrive on the site no earlier than 3pm, April 8th.
