General Admissions and Day Trip Refund Policy
The new refund policy for 2024 is as follows:
| 30 Days after Purchase | 45 Days after Purchase |
| Full Refund | Cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from your ticket. |
| 60 Days after Purchase | 75 Days after Purchase |
| Cancellation fee of 35% will be deducted from your ticket purchase | Cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from your ticket purchase |
| 76 Days after Purchase | 90 Days after Purchase |
| Cancellation fee of 75% will be deducted from your ticket purchase | No refunds will be offered |
Special notice in regards to refunds requested 60 days out from the event:
Please be advised that once we are 60 days out from the event no refunds will be available no matter how many days it has been since your confirmation. Once we have reached this point we are in the process of paying for food and other items.

| 50% cancellation fee on your vendor fee ~and~ Cancellation fee of 75% will be deducted from your ticket purchase | No refunds will be offered |
